NUCS utilizes the MES (Myanmar Education System) , a data management platform established by the Ministry of Education under the National Unity Government, to securely manage student information. 

Within this system, each student’s academic credits — earned across relevant academic years — are securely recorded from the time of university admission until graduation. Students can access and verify their personal information in real time.
